As you know Im building a city, and its near my personal areas, too.I was wondering, I dont want any1 to build in it or near it so what is the minimum distance between one build and another, also the punishments for breaking such rule. |

If it is already claimed with factions i believe you may set an owner for the chunks which allows only them (and faction mods i believe) to build on it. I am not 100% sure on this though. As for punishments I don't think it breaks any rules, however you could argue it could be grieving if they are repeat offenders. |

There is no minimum distance or rule that you can't build close to other factions. If land is unclaimed, it's not owned and is free for anyone to claim and build in it. |
