Lemme first explain the story. I went to /warp enchant for some enchantments on my diamond helmet because my old one broke. There were 2 others already in there one was "Hobokiller888" and his friend named Ninja something (name way to confusing to remember). I was minding my own business when all of a sudden Hobo starts freaking out in chat so i go out of the enchantment UI and see he is screaming about "please give it back" repeatedly. Low and behold i see he is talking about that he has somehow "accidentally" threw his diamond sword down to me while he was enchanting or doing something in his inventory. I thought it was funny and so i went on to say it was actually his friend that the diamond sword landed to and so his friend started getting really defensive. So this went on for only 2 minutes and i was having a good laugh. Then here comes Tiger, Tiger thinks the situation is somehow against the rules so he checks my inventory and of course the diamond sword was there. He uses his temp mod powers to take it and jails me for a rule i know isn't even in existence. So basically i'm stuck in jail now for some moral code of his own that he thinks is worth jailing me for. He also muted me after i explained there was no rule about giving back "accidentally" dropped items. I also explained how him forcing it out of my inventory was against the rules. I have screen shots of the full event and will supply them when asked for by a higher up admin. I'm aware he is only a temporary admin but i'm certainly annoyed by the instance.

Well the jail says a player named tiger jailed me but the actual temporary mod is labeled "FasterandFurious"

Right, so out of everything I heard about the situation, A, keeping something and lying about it really screws yourself over. B, Stealing is falling into the category of the rule 1, of no griefing/raiding etc, C. It was an accident! no wonder why the friend would get so defensive, and you find that funny.. and yas!!! Trolling is illegal! Faster made the correct descision as a mod, its over now and you need to just let it go. being jailed isnt as bad as being banned for 8 months <3

Llamas your opinon was already biased because you somehow heard the situation before logging on and as soon as you logged on you called me a "thief" so i'm going to wait tell a actual ADMIN for 1 to review this and one that has a clear mind.

I agree with FasterandFurious' actions. If that wasn't stealing, neither is refusing to return a wallet (when they ask for it back) that someone drops at your feet. Besides, if you weren't intending to keep the sword, why were you mad when someone took it from you? It wasn't yours to keep.

The Jail is unjust, the mute is technically unrelated to the main incident, the item grab from FAF is not against rules so is allowed.

Now I hope this jail is a slap on the arm for you as it is breaking rule 3 for not giving the item back. You need to be reasonable when using a public warp.

This is one of the reasons why I hate public stuff like this, kind of ruins the point of survival and can lead to arguments.
