Hello. There was an issue yesterday with someone who we will call Darkness, not his realname.The problem was that he paid for a perma shop for 3500, however, he broke server rules and mall rules. I revoked his shop and did not give a refund. The reason there was no refund involved is because he had used the shop for two weeks and made money. I have every right to remove a shop without refund at any time I wish to if its for a good reason. If you break a server rule, I will take away you're shop because I don't allow rule-breaking people to have permission to the mall. I can do this because it is my land and I constructed the mall. Don't be worried though, I will only remove peoples shop for the following reasons> -Breaks a server rule and/or mall rule. -Does not restock or pay the maintenance fee. NEXT MONTH YOU HAVE TO PAY 300$ MONTHLY FOR MAINTENANCE. I have to look after the mall almost each and every single day. For this, I am charging people a small amount of 300$ per month just to keep me going. Sorry for inconvenience. -Wowman2002 |

Slight issue for maintenance part for me. Will it be increased for me as I have a large space? The mall seems to have very few customers buying my wares and I'm not sure I can keep up with that upkeep.People my diamond gear is cheaper than if you bought it from the server shop. Get on down to the mall ASAP. I also sell potions and reagents! Look for the big shop, can't miss it. |

No, it wont be increased for you. Also I suggest advertising and making a forum post as I have make 30,000 so far from my shop. It's only 350 per month so its not a big deal. |

I don't feel advertising out of the blue, that to me is in a spam format. If it is relevant like now I do mention it though. |

I would like just to say I never broke the rules. I tpa to you to discuss about my shop but I ate golden apple as I has no other food, Then you started murdering me. Only you only took 1 heart away as I have maxed armour. I then went to pvp false as did not want to loose durability in my armour. Then u said I pvp logged. I am really sorry.darkexpress |

Wowman u cant even say which rule I broke, I f defending yourself is against the rules. Thats why my chest has not been removed, give a legit reason and I will move it. I have been on this server for over 1 year and 3 months and I can tell u as well as other members can tell u I never break the rules. I never asked for anything, if anything it was u using it as an excuse to enforce this useless tax. |

I have told you 4 times the rule you broke and it was putting pvp false on during pvp and being rude and excessively using caps at me. The chest I can get removed by a staff member, Since its empty.I was gonna give your shop back but since you have started your lies again I might rethink it. |

Although I see no reason why Wowman wanted to kill darkexpress, he was still allowed. I'm pretty sure it's only pvp logging if darkexpress hit you then switched to false. I'm not sure, you should probably ask a staff member. |
