I would like to apply but i am tied in with a sort of contract. When i was building my mansion i made one oversight, the second floor balcony ran into my fac leaders house. It is only a villager house as my fac leader decided to settle there. Life went on and I progressed through the stages of richness until i am where i am today. There is alot of complicated builds in my base including a head collection and an auto smelter in my basement. All the while my leaders base is stuck in my base. I am afraid that if i leave my fac he will take my house as i dont have the perms to claim unclaim land. He is almost never on when I am and i have only seen him twice in all of mc (the first time was when i joined and the second time was when i was in jail, he was muted in rehab next to me). I have thought of making him a house but he has locked chests.pls help dub |

Okay. I am not forcing you to leave, so please don't feel obliged. However, you have lots of options.If the house was 100% constructed by you, then its legally yours. Secondly, you don't need to keep the house, you can take all of your items and move into a new house, (provided by the faction) until you make your own personal house. About the locked chests, again if the house was entirely built by you then you can either request that he removes them or just let him have the house and take all your personal items. You are someone we want in our faction, since you have the skills we need and your very active. |

My house is privatly owned by me and only me. There are way too many items to transport and I have a lot of infrastructure in place like a lab, an auto smelter, a MASSIVE auto melon farm etc. I would like to just be able to pick it all up and move but that is not possible because if its size. It is my home and has stood by me ever since I prettymuch started. I would rather keep it but if worst comes to worst ill have it unclaimed and neutral. I really want to join a better faction that's not too big but not too small.Is it possible that if I join pinewoodlk (and I most likely will) I can claim my house if I get the issues resolved with my leader and still live in it even though its not in the FAC town. |

Yes It is. I will allow you a maximum of 20 claim spots. We are one of the wealthiest factions, and we have 3 towns, a city & a village. Lots of allies and hardly any enemies. |

please reserve a place for me in your faction. I just have to get my base all unclaimed and my misc chests removed from snypes land. Then i will join asap. Its the building aspect that has attracted me most to pwlk with all the cities and towns. |
