The new town will be a beach front villa style town, located 1.5kms away from the main city. It will include:-Stylish beachfront villas, 30 of them (Maybe more) - 2 Beachs, one with nice palm trees and one closer to houses -A restuarant and cafe for each beach -A shopping plaza at main beach And more!
