♡My admin application♡

So... Its came to this xD I just want to apologise for when i started off as mod i admit i was a bit strict but i personally believe i have improved from that and others have told me that i have.

So If you do -1 which i expect some of you will. If you do please give me ways to improve and even if you saw "You won't try we've already told you how" Then tell me different ways. Im always looking to improve because no ones perfect and we all make mistakes.

So i can be online like 6-7 hours a day because i literally have no social life xD

Monday: 3pm Till 10-11pm
Tuesday: 3pm Till 10-11pm
Wednesday: 3pm Till 10-11pm
Tuesday: 4:30pm Till 10-11pm ( I have enrichment that day )
Friday: 3pm Till 10-11pm
Saturday: 1pm Till 4-5-6am
Sunday: 1-2pm Till 1am

As you can see i really don't have a social life xD


No i have never been banned and if i have that was for like 3 seconds as a joke.

I do not want my age to affect my chances. I know I'm 12 but i really don't want that to affect your vote.

+1 She is on a lot and always quick to reply and very helpful to players, she has mellowed in the last month as mod as I feel she has settled into her role very well. I think stepping into an Admin role won't be much different from what she does now except she will have more power to do things instantly instead of having to wait for an admin who has the official powers that she doesn't as a mod. I wish her the best in her application.

Ellie i am going to make a suggestion to every on this server including you, you need to stop playing this game, if youre wondering why im here it is because i go on the forums once a month to check out the drama, but if u keep this up u will regret it, minecraft is a hellish game that has soiled millions of lives with gaming addictions, i suggest that you make some friends and get off minecraft, this is going to everyone including people who are over 14, because minecraft is not meant for people at that age

Im not being an ass when i say this but u seriously need to get off this goddamn game and make a REAL social life, when i was on this server i had OCD, Insecurity etc and now after three months(I dont play MC at all coz the gameplay is shit) i am having the time of my life, ive got 15 very close friends, 5 of which like me as a BF(im not bragging at all) and my life has been awesome ever since i got off this game, but playing MC 7 hours a day is not right, especially with the amount of people who cyberbully you.

Ive been wanted to say this for a while and i honestly think u and everyone else should stop

-1 Although Ellie might seem nice,she does has a unprofessional attitude to people she doesn't like. I'm staying unbiased in this and I'm writing this in the interest of the server and not for personal reasons . I think Ellie would be unfit for the Admin position. I have seen Ellie act very immaturely on multiple occasion with people she has fallen out with. Also Ellie hold grudges against people and even slanders fellow staff members.I fear that If Ellie was promoted she would use that Admin rank to push around lower ranked staff members.

Ellie is a very kind girl and a great mod. She's great at helping people, and common problems doesn't seem unimportant to her, as she actually wants to help people. Bear in mind that this isn't just a moderator application, and an admin has more responsibilites. Ellie is (extremely) mature of her age, but administrator is still a big task. I'm leaning strongly towards +1, but I will abstain for a few reasons.

the only reason most people hate or dislike ellie is because of her age. just because she's younger than most of the people who play on the server, they make fun of her, even though she is obviously more mature than those assholes. i personally think she would be a great admin, and if jordan can become admin, anybody can. srsly, that kid's an ass.

Matt i banned Insanity for grief, and the reason i banned a guy on accident was because their friend didn't tell me it was to clear land and they made it seem like they were griefing, And i didn't ban blu because i didn't have a reason to xD And he was ask at the time the fire started at least thats what he told me and he tried to put it out when he got back and i saw him putting it out.

It's ellie's job to punish with what evidence she has, not to punish from speculation.
If she didn't find evidence of Blu placing fire, she isn't going to ban him for it... that's one of the staff rules.
Besides, if she saw Blu putting out the flames, it definitely rules him out as a hostile cause.

With that being said, i think that matter should be dropped. Even if ellie did mess up, it was simply a mistake i am sure. we all make mistakes :)

just the other day i had to deal with Ellie, because she had called a player a slut and refused to apologise, She was very argumentative and tried to shove the blame onto ckvoss.

Yessir. I went into detail on my old app, but I was under the age limit on a server and got banned for it

I have a lot of fun playing with the community on this server

You can have fun playing with the community without being mod. That information is absolutely pointless to anyone reading this.

I'm finding that a lot of people are remembering me, and I'm already talking and connecting to those new.

Again, pointless. I don't care if people are remembering you. Maybe they are, maybe they're not, but that's not the information people want. You can talk to new players without being mod.

I have the prior experience from the last time I was moderator, and I want to be even better than before.

Why do you think you will be better than before? Add detail.

I've become more and more active over the past week, and I understand that I can't just join and immediately get moderator back, but I'm going to continue to be active and helpful to the best of my ability, as well as provide a way for players to contact me from anywhere for an immediate problem

This last bit is a joke. You've been on for only a week and expect to get mod. You say you understand that you can't just jtake join immediately and get mod back but that is exactly what you are trying to do. You say you are going to continue to be active and helpful, being active is important so I hope you mean it and saying you'll be helpful is pointless again. Almost every player says the same thing. Why should you be mod? Make it stand out from the other applications and add something unique. How will you be able to provide a way for players to immediately contact you? How can we be sure this is true if you can't list any reasons how you are going to do this?

You just said you want to be helpful and now you're saying it again. No one cares if you had good memories on the server as it's about leadership not your best memories.
