I have only been on the server 2 weeks. In that time myself and my partner have made friends, made a big shop and have a developing big build with our faction.But for some time there has been horrific harrassment on the server coming from new people joining. People who turn up, say yes to the rules, become citizen, then abuse those of us who intend to stay while they dont care if theyre banned. So why are we made to put up with them? Muting doesnt work- theyre here to troll and admit it freely. Once unmuted they come back for more. Temp bans dont work for the exact same reason. We need mods who are recognising who are problems bringing down the server, and issuing permanent bans quickly. If the perma-bans are false at all, they can take it up in appeals on this website. Yesterday we had someone spewing rhetoric about death to gays, saying we will all burn in hell. We had this for an hour until they were muted (i think), they were told to stop, and didnt, they want to be banned and we all want them to be too. No member on this server should be subjected to this abuse, we rely on the mods who are on to protect us from harassment, but a lot were saying they do not feel it happens. I don't know if it is individual mods, but I know perma-bans are very rarely used when they should be. A lot of people quit and turned off their chat yesterday because of all the drama. So can't we all agree: - Arguments, racism, nastiness- warning then mute. - Post-mute rule breaking- 1 day ban for players who have been on the server over a week, permanent ban for newer players. Please start protecting chat and making this server more family friendly. The fact that someone can call their faction Nigg**s, shout how gay people should die, and spam chat, and not be perma-banned- it's hard to comprehend. We shouldnt need to wait it out then email someone screenshots when mods are on. Please make this the fun friendly server it can be. |

Why should perma bans be used more? 1 day bans are good to get point across. Don't overreact, and the person that spammed niggers, WAS INFACT PERMA-BANNED. Don't lie about things.Also, Andy talked about it for at most 10 minutes. Was muted, and stopped. After which, stopped, and we talked privately about our religion and other matters. Also, Why perm ban for newer players? Whats the logic in that? |

The logic about a perm ban for new players is if they join, and they are there to troll, and dont learn after a mute... they are not going to change behaviour. I dont get what is so hard to understand here. |

which ever way you look at it, some very offensive things were said and might I add, homophobic things which in case you didn't know can get you into trouble in the real world. it was plain immature and should be ban-able based on the fact it was at the very least homophobic. |

Believe me I detest Andy and what he said about gays, but if we continue down this path the server will be a giant safe space, where nobody can say anything because it'll inherently "offend" someone. I usually don't bring politics into the forums, but this relates exactly to how colleges are censoring conservative and Christian views. Please please please don't implement this. |

galbby5 There are more countries in this world than America- I live in one of them, we don't have half the social issues such as problems with religious people. If you think its okay for people to come onto chat spouting religious doctrine about gays being killed and trying to get people to say Pinky will burn as just one instance, especially after being told to shut up by 95% of people that were online, you need your head seriously checking. PS i dont subscribe to the childish memey talk of being triggered. People have a right to get offended and not the tiniest part of me cares what you think of that. I would like to see where the other comments ive been offended over are thought- care to find proof? |

First of all pinky, if you had read my comment properly, you would see that I said I didn't like what Andy says.and also, I agree with you, people do have the right to be offended, but they don't have the right to silence those who are offending them. I am offended often, but I don't go around trying to silence people. Me saying that you get triggered easily comes from the fact that nearly every single complaint you make has something to do with someone inherently being racist or homophobic. I don't think people should go online and split religious doctrine, but discussing religion should still be allowed as long as no one is being targeted, as Andy did. |

ok so First of all. 100% agree on andyblue being toxic etc etc. And I would like to point out that I had already punished him for said toxicity. But ace and dylan took it ever so kindly to their hearts to inform me that I was wrong and that he should be unjailed. All im gonna say here, is dont say I didnt try.Second of all, galbby pinky isnt "triggered over a little issue." Someone brought up a religious point that basically says gays deserve to burn in hell for the act of being gay. Dont know about you but it seems pretty offensive. Guys like this are why people dont like america. |

Galbby5, profession doesnt come into this- this is a casual server, my day to day life is about being professional but not when i am at home on Minecraft. Why can we not agree that if most people tell someone to stop talking about something then they have to. There is no conceivable way to justify telling people gays should burn, ESPECIALLY when he then made it about me- religious freedom or not, that was a personal attack.I appreciate that Loki. You are a great person. If Ace and Dylan said the jailing, as light a punishment as that is was wrong, that disgusts me to the core. |

I am currently out, so I will just post a quick response, and post a proper one in an hour and a half or so.I told Loki to not jail Andy for a completely seperate incident. On the server, tpa killing is allowed, and the reason Andy was jailed was because he tpa killed somebody. Loki has jailed him thinking it was not allowed, and Dylan and I were simply saying that it was allowed and he shouldn't have been punished for it. I will include more details/my opinion on Andy's other actions in my full response. |

It wasnt just for that, actually. It was because I had recieved complaints of his continued toxicity on top of that, and while tpa killing allowed, it is also toxic behaviour the community doesnt appreciate. due to that, and the toxicity, I jailed him. 10 minutes, to hopefully get him to cool off. I had intended to mute for 5 minutes had he continued complaining about it in chat, but Im glad I didnt seeing as just the jail was apparently unwarranted. |

my apologies, I should've restated my comment. I mean that big things like what Andy said should be dealt with. But if we implement this into the server it would make staff ban people much more often, and would make people afraid to say what's on their minds. |

Thanks SniffSnuff. I doubt i will be returning tk the server until people like andy are dealt with well, who knows, i just got Fallout 4. That and my shop item frames and all my heads on armour stands were stolen, by Andy or one of his friends no doubt. |

This incident is one of many where the mods failed to act, and they do to this day as you are on, so i will be making my reviews on the server, and moving on to a better place. The mods would rather be letting trolls and rule breaking abusers take over while people who come on and bring others, set up a big shop and make more friends are thrown out.
