Are staff allowed to take breaks from minecraft? Or is that illegal, and they have to devote all their time to staffing? Just asking. |

Like staff in a 24/7 workplace, there must be someone there to run things at all times.Also depends on how long the break is. I'd be fired if I took 2 weeks off. |

Well Norway puts its money to better use than Canada. I gotta work 10x harder for far less pay and benefits just because the natives don't pay tax and get away with thievery.And that 2 weeks off I mentioned is completely unpaid btw. |

I would say even a long break is allowed if it's to get away from stress and stuff like Chip, (not for this long tho) but at least temporarily give your rank to someone else so those powers can still be used. |

I never invaded shit, my parents never invaded shit, my grandparents never invaded shit, my great grandparents were GIVEN the land by the natives with no fight or stress if any kind. We offer paid healthcare, education, transportation etc. and they just keep asking for more free resourses. Why the hell should I be working so hard to pay off some dead person's debt? Not to mention Canadian law states one's decendant is not to inherit the ascendant's debt if not willing. |

It's their homeland though. The resources you reluctantly give is but a fraction of resources they could have spent on developing their language, culture and society if history went differently if they had not been colonised. |

Canadians has the minimum of 2 week paid vacation after working at the work place after a year. The first week has to be the full week off and the other week can be segmented.Alse the natives were promised alot more what they get right now |

There should be a time limit to breaks, otherwise give up your rank temporarily or something. Also maybe there should be a forum list so staff can enter the dates of their breaks so everyone will know they are on break and not just absent, no reason has to be given just the dates. We know some staff need a time out every now and then and younger staff are at the whim of their parents wishes.If longer than 2 weeks, those perms should be given to another staff member, especially if an admin or an admin with op. |

I think breaks should be allowed to an extent. I don't think you should be able to have a month off - I think 2 weeks is a reasonable amount of time - and say "I'm on a break" to justify it. I agree with Belg, and also think that breaks should only be allowed if someone can cover the timezone. |
