Being fat doesn't actually mean you not fit you can be fit and still be fat. It really just means you eat like shit. If you really want to lose weight you probably should eat a carrot instead |

Some Russian train stations have a booth where you can do 30 squats and get a free train ticket. I feel many countries need to look past their blind disliking for Russia and try to learn from them. |

I agree as well,I really disagree with the current SJW rhetoric saying that we have to accept being fat as something healthy. I know there are people who have a disorder and I feel sorry for those who have, but most of them are fat because they simply can't keep their hands off some fucking hamburgers. |

This world is gone mad. Most people are now overwight . In the UK out of every 100 adults;3 are morbidly obese, 26 are obese, 35 are overweight, 37 are of normal weight, 2 are underweight. (Source: http://researchbriefings.files.parliament.uk/documents/SN03336/SN03336.pdf) And instead of solving the issue (which in the uk is poverty meaning people can't afford healthy foods) we have the SJW saying that we should love our bodies (and type 2 diabetes and heart disease) |

I love how the forums go completely unpoliced compared to if this same discussion happened on the server. Rest in peace Groyo |

#Pray4GroyoNo but for real man, the world is going mad. Politics have turned into one big shitpost fest (I mean, we have an American president tweeting he could beat up the old vice president in a fight), 50+ aged men identifying as little girls, people in the UK getting arrested for sharing too 'extreme' political views on social media, college turning into an echo chamber for leftist views, LGBTQIAGNCABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ+, Europe coping with a slowly falling 'multicultural' society and you could go on for hours.. What a time to be alive! |

If only it was as simple as eating healthy. Firstly sugar is a drug just as much as weed or alcohol etc. For most its a learned behavior over many years. I mean if your parents fed you crappy food until your 18 that's what you are used to that's what your body craves, its hard to break first the habit and then the sugar cravings (like drug cravings I've been told), its an ongoing battle. Then in a lot of cases there are underlying issues, such as depression, anxiety, stress, loneliness etc and these are not simple issues and they need addressing and fixing before the eating habits can be worked on. Then you have the poor souls who's stomachs have grown to a massive size from years of massive over eating and stopping is so hard because they never feel full. Children don't really get a say in what they eat, they eat what is served up to them from their parents. We also have the issues of today where most kids can't play outside as its too dangerous. Parents can no longer afford the extra activities such as dance and sports. Schools exercise programs have nearly vanished. Unlike other drugs like alcohol etc where they can be eliminated from the diet people still need to eat therefore food is a constant battle and you also have tastebuds involved. I mean we all have foods that we can't stand to eat, another battle to change the habits of a lifetime. Still not an excuse but its not just as simple as eating healthy. |

1. Sugar is addictive as it releases dopamine when consumed, but it is certainly not a drug. Your body breaks carbohydrates into a sugar called glucose, which is burned to fuel your brain with the large amount of energy it needs to function. The body has a priority list of which calories it burns first, starting with sugar. You cannot burn proteins and fats until your sugar is gone (you can tell when you feel hungry but your stomach isn't making noise). Without sugar, you'd not be able to think as hard as normal, and you'd need a huge protein intake to compensate, as our bodies make proteins from sugar.2. Outdoors being too dangerous for kids is a load of bs. My favourite quote is "if your kids wanna eat dirt, let them eat dirt." Your kids will never know what danger is and how to properly avoid it if they never experience it firsthand. 3. Alcohol isn't a drug either. Though I'm sure you'd hate to know your coffee is loaded with drugs (primarily caffeine) and your dark chocolate is no better (primarily theobromine). Exercising causes your brain to produce cannabinoids (the same drug found in weed) and doing anything you enjoy {yes, literally anything} will make your brain produce the most addictive drug in existance, dopamine. 4. I developed a large stomach capacity and an enormous calorie intake, but I still burn it off no problem. Diet isn't the issue, activity is. My metabolism topped out at an intake of 7000 kcal/day and a loss of 5.66 lbs/day. |

Sugar is not a drug, but can be unhealthy taken in certain dosages. The basic compound that the body needs to survive is adenine triphosphate, aka glucose, aka sugar. There are many easily accessible technical drugs, like caffeine and other sorts of things. Also, I've done a small bit of drugs and never developed an addiction, although I did obtain the effect from the drugs (tobacco and weed.) |
