At 8:00 PM (EST) every day (Unless I'm not available) there will be an auction on the server at /warp ShadAuction! Around 10ish items will be auctioned off each day.All kinds of rare and exciting things will be sold! Max enchant diamond gear, Beacons, Shulker boxes, Deeds to spawn land/builds, *EXCLUSIVE items*, Who knows? Maybe even an elytra every now and then... There are only a few rules, and they're relatively easy to follow. 1: Players are limited to 3 items per day, to avoid players with 100k coming in and buying everything. 2: You can only bid in increments less than a dollar if the starting price ended in something other than .00 (This is to avoid people spamming the chat with bids like 3.24, 3.25, 3.26, and so on). 3: No fake bids! Jokes are alright, but if you seriously say "$200!" and don't have that much you'll increase the bid price for a fake reason, Making somebody have to pay more money for it than they would otherwise. These rules are only in place to keep the auction rolling without any hiccups and overall keep it enjoyable. (Players who constantly break the rules will be temporarily or permanently banned from further auctions) So save up some cash and prepare your strategies! @alpacafarm No, They're either mine or somebody who gave them to me to be auctioned off (I get 20% and they get 80% of the cash)@Jordan Yep, However I only accept "end game" items. Shulkers boxes, level 30 enchanted items (Generally only with multiple maxed out enchants), Rare dungeon loot (God apples, Music discs, Horse armor/saddles/name tags in units of 5 to 10) and extremely rare things such as elytras, dragon heads, spawn eggs, Basically vote token loot. I may also take some lesser items IF they're in large quantity (Such as 5+ stacks of quartz) And like I said earlier I take a 5th of the the profit as an auctioneer fee. You'd get all the rest though. @Tye & @Ellie Heheh yeah you'll need to sell more than just a couple items. Ranthar made $2,468 in today's auction. |

Wow guys, I didn't expect the auction to be this big of a success! Every day so far we've had a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 9 participants bidding! How auctions work:An auctioneer is given an item to sell. The auctioneer sets a base price (usually very cheap) and a minimum increase price (which may change as the numbers get higher). Bidders announce a price they are willing to pay for it. Bidders may withdraw to speed up the call time. The highest bidder may not withdraw. For each sale, the auctioneer may keep a percentage of the sale cost (usually very low), and the salesperson recieves their earnings (which greatly varies). If a bidder calls a number and wins, they must pay the annouced price, even if the announced price wasn't a serious offer. Auctions don't wait for the clueless. If you don't know what to do, too bad. |
