How do you earn commands back?

ImTyeDye is a good example, he earned /kick back in just a month or two because he started acting mature and responsible, We didn't think he would do it again in the future, and he hasn't. Things that might set you back on getting your perms back would be CONSTANTLY asking for them. Example: Somebody loses /tp and begs staff every day to have it back. That's not gonna help you! If you go and abuse ANOTHER command, That's not gonna help you! If you insult and argue over losing your perms, That's not gonna help you! (If you think it was falsely taken away you should confront another staff member about it) If the player thinks that they've learned their lesson and doesn't intend on doing anything similar again, They should ask the person who removed their command (Not a different staff member!) to give them another shot. And that's it. The key is to be mature, patient and understanding.
