The title pretty much says it all.You may say anything you like about me, don't sugar coat it. I will NOT get mad for whatever is said, I want honest and truthful opinions so that I can try to work on what needed. Keep in mind, you can say anything you want to/about me just no racial slurs or sexual stuff. I just need honesty. ALSO, keep everything you say in the comments below. I will look forward to reading them. I know I've been inactive here lately, been trying to get more active. At the moment, it just feels as if I am disconnected with the server, don't get me wrong I LOVE the server still, I just feel disconnected to it, maybe it just that I need to work on my activity a lot more (Hoping to fix activity soon, but cannot have a promise on it.) I am thinking about making these posts once a month to see what the community/player base thinks of me. I will try to improve. |

Hmm.You are an excellent staff member, honest and loyal to a fault. While you are sometimes a little slow on the uptake of handling a problem, you are also diligent and methodical, and never in my memory can I think of a time where you handled a problem poorly. Even in the occasions where you made mistakes, you owned up to them. You are headadmin for a reason, and you do your job well. Your feeling of disconnection is likely due to your recent inactivity. Awhile back you were on as much or more than I was, always testing new mazes, hosting games and running lottery. You were constantly interacting. Your activity is your biggest issue as far as staffing goes, and I DO expect to see it get better with the advent of summer, however I believe this can be fixed relatively quickly on your own terms. Your disconnection can be traced back to your lack of interaction. Perhaps youve gotten bored of the same old stuff, and if thats the case I suggest something new. As staff, it can sometimes be extremely hard to stay motivated due to the fact that USUALLY what we do goes unappreciated by many players, and while this isnt always their fault, it is often due to a lack of understanding or a belief that the job is easy, this is no help in helping one stick to it. There are two things I have done to avoid the very disconnection you speak of, as, being the owner, I simply cannot afford to vanish, to grow inactive for days on end. These two things are two 1. Pick a project. For me, it has been either my large island ive been making slowly, and the rulebook, which is now finished. These projects are/were longterm, and kept me occupied when I wasnt staffing or talking. Helped me fight boredom on the server as in minecraft there is always something to do no matter what, if you are imaginative enough. Gave me something to mess with in the downtime. and 2. Find a different hobby. Minecraft is awesome, but if its all you play, you are bound to grow bored and disillusioned with what you are doing every single day. For me, the solution to this was to get a few friends into a couple games I play on steam, and spend time playing those games, or the ocassional hour or two on minigame servers, of which there are several. By doing this, and taking a break from the server, you create a balance. In this manner you can ensure you dont feel the need to take a week or two on end to clear a different game such as GTA or supcom2 or anything else, nor do you feel the need to take a break from those games to spend days on end on the server. A balance ensures you spend equal, acceptable time on both. I recommend trying the things I have suggested. Your mazes, if you are still into them, would make an excellent longterm project, but dont be hesitant to take a break from those too, and try something completely new. And I think it is an excellent idea to ask monthly for the community to give you an idea of how you are doing. Could perhaps shed light on things I wouldnt think of. I might have to start doing it myself though I think i could predict the responses of some xD |

James you are a relic of the server. You have been staff for as long as ive been on the server and ive never seen you have any issues or problems with any player. You are one of my favorite staff members and you remind me of how mush used to be. Before all the stupid rules and the horrible staff. You have always been great and you are one of the most underrated and under appreciated players on the server |

List of all my favorite staff:Ross (all-time) until he resigned Pheo (until removed) James (current) You're one of the best staff members on the server. Like Paca said, you've been here for a long time, also no one really knows you and you're not really seen on the board but you play a huge role in the server. I'd love to see you active again, and also be a bit more active in chat when you're on, since you are kinda quiet lol. Btw grats on climbing that high in the ranks without any sort of donation, you set an example to many here that you don't need to pay to win. |

Thanks for all the replies.I been wanting to do this post(main post) for a while, but keep forgetting/putting it off late last night, I was tired and just decided to get it out of the way, so yeah this is the post(main post.) @Loki570023 I will try to find a balance between Wizard101 and Minecraft as they are the 2 games I normally play. I am working on them mazes again up until maze 100. I also encourage other staff members to do this. Thanks for your reply. @Alpacafarm I try to do my best and not show my issues or problems on the server, but I in fact do sometimes have issues/problems with some players, but I try not to let anyone know about them as I want to try my best to treat everyone with as much respect as possible, because I want to be treated the same way, but I do have rules to follow so if I punish you/anyone then don't take it badly since you/anyone broke the rules and it is your/anyone fault for getting punished not mine. That gotten a bit too long, thanks for your reply. @Presinus I know I am a bit slow at times and thanks for being patient with me. I wished I had more to say for you but can't as you didn't write/type too much. Thanks for your reply. @Tye I will work on trying to be more active in the main chat. Yeah I try my best to set the example of you not having to pay to win or pay to get staff. I understand the rank(Head-Admin) I have earned by being trustworthy. I wished I have more to say for your comment, but I mainly already said some stuff and it would be a repeat. Thanks for your reply. Loki570023, Alpacafarm, Presinus, and Tye if you want to reply about this topic I would just say it on the server next time you see me or on the discord server. If you need to add some more criticism then add it to this post so everyone can see it, but if not then you can talk to me in DM, on the server, or on the discord server about my reply to you all. As for everyone else that haven't comment yet, keep on commenting. |

I don't know you a lot, but from what i saw so far is that you are very calm and peaceful. Reading other people's comments makes me feel happy that i am not biased by the fact that i haven't seen you a lot (I'm kinda new to the server). Keep being awesome ! |

I think you're a great staff member. When I first joined the server you were just a Helper, and now you're the head-admin! You have one of the highest total play times on the server (Around 3,000 hours), and with all that time played comes lots of staff experience.There's a few things you could work on, The most notable is your recent inactivity, like you said yourself working on those mazes is a good project. I think you're great at making mind type games, like your game shows and board games. You could also do more work, I've noticed you really only moderate chat. You could check for x-ray, grief, etc with core protect. You already help train new staff members but it'd be cool if you interacted with the team more, you're the head-admin after all. One last note, you don't post on the forums too often, it'd be good to hear your opinion on suggestions/complaints more! |
