I was on mush today, and I was talking, and I was suddenly tempted to make a mod app. But I don't want mod. I just want to know what ya guys think of me. Hit me with something honest pls. |

You're chill and all, but honestly in my opinion if you want mod then drop the tp kill thing. I know it's not against the rules and i'm not really against it but i'm pretty sure you're eventually gonna meet a peep who's going to rq when he joins and dies (if you have not already). As a mod, I don't think you want to shoo or disencourage some players away. |

You are a long time player and a pretty cool guy, and as far as "staff" goes you are very blunt and open about your opinions. Were I to hire you following a serious modapp, assuming you held yourself to the very high standards youve held other modapps to lately, I would have zero fear that if you disagreed with something I was doing that you wouldnt say so. I make mistakes, and im not infallible, so part of the job of staffing would be speaking up, not being afraid to voice your opinion. It will often turn out that I have reasons, and if i believe even after your opinion is heard that I still have the correct method, I would discuss and debate it with you and the other staff, to ensure that every angle of whatever issue it was had been thought out, and a good solution was reached. As such I think that would be your biggest positive quality, the ability to speak your mind. For negative qualities, I feel that your stubbornness might sometimes interfere with reason, and that anger and frustration would likely lead to conflicts with staff when you disagreed with a group decision, and with players you didnt think highly of. I also feel the reaction would be negative from new players, due to your habit of attacking new players for the sole reason that they are new and its not against the rules. Overall youre a good friend, and could definitely be an outstanding staff member if you approached it with the right attitude, but would have to make some changes in how you do things and overcome any past biases. |
