part of my ban was because I was so negative and against the server so I am going to positive at times too to supplement my criticismsUpon our return to the server it seems to have been quite hard to get some mods to even acknowledge us, never mind actually help even when we have asked multiple times. Maybe its because he just wants us to like him, or maybe he has seen his staff tag doesn't mean shit to the owner, but Randal has not been on of those people for a change, he helped wones get unbanned and also with us getting set up back into our faction Please don't let this be temp Randal |

Top tips for getting mod/admin help 1: Do not shout in open chat demanding help. 2: Ask politely and when a Mod is free they will show up. 3: Discuss calmly and clearly the nature of the issue. 4: Allow the Mod/Admin to assess the issue to discuss and consult if need be all aspects to ensure the best possible outcome for all parties involved. 5: Trolling Mod/Admin while carrying out their duties will result in delays. All of the above should be a clear guideline to ensure you receive the best possible help/support from your Mod/Admin/Owner team who will try to resolve all issues of the game outside of your control. @SniffYou also have to treat them with respect and be able to explain what’s happening and why you can’t help them at that time, what you are doing, if you are getting all the sides of a story, and above all else remain calm no matter how they respond. |
