Why is this man not Mod

He made a mod app, and got all upvotes from various members of the server, from newer players, to veteran players, to staff members. He's liked by the community, as well as the staff board. He's active both in the server and on the forums. He's just about the epitome of everything I would expect from a good mod. I am referring to MaxWreck, obviously. There are a multitude of reasons on why I'm confused as to why he hasn't achieved trial mod yet. So, in order to elaborate on why he should be promoted, I've decided to list every reason out, one by one. (1) He's an active player, both in the community and in the server MaxWreck is the single most active player on the server, often scraping past seven hours/day, and speaks alot in chat. I've noticed that alot of the time, whenever someone speaks alot in chat, people tend to dislike that person because of conflicting views, but I have not seen that in regards to Max. Everyone seems to like him. He is able to make up his mind about certain topics, and has the capability to make a strong argument against pretty much anything. His judgement is clear and concise, and I would certainly trust him to make the right decision when it comes to deciding punishments on players. (2) He is liked by the general community Don't take my word for all of this; take the word of others, who have commented on Max's mod app. From so-called toxic players, such as wones or alpacafarm, to some of the most respected staff members, such as CCShad and James, Max has recieved overwhelming positive feedback from the general community as a whole. I'm fairly confident that when staff members and unbanned toxic players agree, that should mean something. He responded in a very smooth manner to my criticism of his mod app, something which I find increasingly rare today, and he truly did have a linear improvement between the time I first saw him and today. (3) The staff board can do with a few replacements, face it I have said this before, and I will say this again: Barry has been offline for just about a month by now. Max, a player who is almost perfect in every regards when it comes to being a mod on the server, can replace him. It's such a perfect replacement, that I don't know why it didn't happen several weeks ago. There's literally no reason to not make him mod. Loki said that he's waiting for more mod app canidates, but my question is why? Why not simply replace Barry with Max? It will only improve the server. There is no drawback whatsoever. (4) He is, by far, the single best canidate we have currently Compared to those whom Max is competing against, it's almost a one-way slaughter. All mod apps have problems with them - including Max's mod app, but the thing that separates Max from others is that Max's in-game behavior makes up for the flaws he has in his app. In addition to this, he's also open to criticism, and doesn't back down from it. I shouldn't even have to explain this point, because it's so blatantly obvious that there should be no discussion on it whatsoever. The only thing that's holding him back is Barry who has been inactive for 1 month, 3 days, and 21 hours as of the time writing this at 9:52 AM EST. The only reason I could see him not being staff right now is because of the recent influx of all the new staff members in the past 3 months, but he's such a great candidate that he should already have full mod as of now. All we're waiting on is the big boys to do their stuff.
