I've got a few issues with this guy.Firstly, there was multiple houses burning down at spawn. Sniff cleared only one of them and then said "im taking a nap" whilist atleast 5 other buildings were on fire and he was aware. We continuously asked him to help and he continuously ignored us.   Secondly, I'm getting pretty annoyed with his unresponsiveness. He rarely replies to anyone when prompted. Even if he is busy, the least he can do is say "im busy" but he never does that unless we ask for him like 5 times. It's very clear to me and many others that this guy doesn't care about anyone. When requested for, a mod should at the very least respond to a player even if they are busy. Flat out ignoring should not happen. Here's more stuff:  |

the person who was briefing literally called sniff out while they were burning down spawn. He was also extra hostile to wones when wones wasnt doing anything. He would not help and its not like the ones who were actually at spawn trying to put the fires out have power. Nobody got banned until ran logged on. smh. we need moderators who are actually going to do shit. |

+1.. what happened with the fire today was taken care of by Ranthar very promptly, and there is at least 5 people telling Sniff to do his job and he won't lift a finger. |

Thank you, Ran for helping me out today after the third time spawn was burned down.No Wones I went back to my home to get blocks and food having been killed by a player bypassing PVP with lava losing all my gear. Second time in two days by the way. Hostile no sorry just a little-stressed reading chat whilst I was fixing things up and with wones constantly in chat accusing me of doing nothing even tho he can clearly see me dealing with the situation. I responded straight away only to be killed then attacked by mobs where ever I went. O yea I went back to my home to boot up a little programme I use for these occasions. Wana see sniff doing nothing? |

Sniff as I see you have banned the player, it didn't look like you rolled back any of the houses destroyed. did you forget?Also, even though it is Wones out of all people, calling them a "fuker" is unacceptable. If i said anything like that as admin the entire server would talk about that and stir up drama for weeks. So just some things to think about in the future. |

Ck look closely having rolled back one area I tried to roll back two other areas but the system was busy (rollback in progress) or lag eventually when the system cleared I rolled back all three areas. Only to be burned down again. That's when Ran came on after I requested help.Bring it on fuker was directed at no one its a manner of speech I used at the time slightly bullish I agree but in no way personal. |

You think flat out ignoring us and not telling us what your doing is a good idea? Did you even stop to think what doing that makes us think? I can't believe you just made an excuse for calling me a fucker. It was CLEARLY directed at me in the screenshot. A manner of speech? That's like me "Sniff you're a stupid cunt" and then saying "oh it's just a manner of speech nothing personal!". I mean this is just laughable at this point. How can you even defend that? |

I think it said the player used lava to grief? the first thing to do would be to remove the lava so it doesn't burn anything else, then fire. So when you roll the house back, the lava won't start it right back up again |

At the moment some plugins are acting up a bit due to this being an early version of not just Spigot 1.13, but Minecraft 1.13 itself.Commands aren't as fluid as usual and the mods don't have /fly, /gmc, or /give like they normally would. This makes handling situations very difficult, especially fire griefs where you have to roll back multiple things without having access to /rain or infinite water splashes. A lot of you may have missed this because you don't typically see it very often, but in Sniff's video coreprotect froze up on a rollback, when this happens you have to wait for it to finish and you can't use core protect again until it's done. Normally in this event you would be putting the fire out manually with water, but he didn't have access to it of course, so he was forced to put it out with his own two hands. Sniff isn't the fastest typist in the world, but command failure and multiple problems going on at once were heavily to blame in this situation. Luckily everything was resolved in the end when we got more staff members online so that they could use coreprotect too and help share the burden of all the chaos going on. We'll be working to get all of our commands running smoothly again, and I'm sure Sniff will be working to improve on his typing as well in case something like this happens again, as he could've done better to explain the situation that was going on. Sorry for any inconvenience the fire caused. |

Whoever decided that staff shouldnt have gmc for the beginning of the reset has 2 brain cells, and one brain cell has autism and the other had down syndrome. The fire is the least one problematic thing in this post. sniff poorly handled this situation and this isnt the only time sniff has been very unresponsive. I dont know if somehow when people say his name in chat he goes afk for a minute or hes just not pay attention to chat. however, it is a staff members job to pay attention. I think sniff has good intentions and could be so much better, but he is lacking. I see that sniff tried his to best to clear the fire, but the situation is much deeper than a fire in minecraft |

From my understanding, Shad said all the information that most people don't usually see and need to know about before understanding the situation properly.By some comments, Sniff doesn't seem to respond as quickly as he should. I believe that it is highly due to the large amount of staff request recently, which can be related to multiple reasons. I believe that he might not be very vocal about how busy he is, and this can lead to misunderstanding (I noticed that i do it sometimes too). I was not there so i can't say that i fully understand the situation, but after talking with Sniff, i believe that he did all he could to focus on controlling the damage. In the end, the griefer got banned and the builds are back in place. |

Well like i said, i was not there so i don't fully understand every single element of the situation, but his "I'll take a nap" moment was before the fire, so this is irrelevant.Also, no one forced me to say whatever. If a staff member fucks up, or if I fuck up, i won't try to hide any information. |

Max my guy, the screenshot literally shows a fire with sniff saying he’s off for a nap. You weren’t online at the time. Don’t make your first forum argument an LAlso while you’re gonna cancel anything you say out with “you don’t know the commands” I appreciate core protect will be laggy af. /ban and /invsee to remove the lava from the guy being watched by sniff and literally yelling sniff he is making the fire are still options. At a bare minimum give the man a bucket of water so he can manually put it out faster. I’m very sure his children were playing MC on his account at the time and they were just having fun playing firefighters. And yes. All builds are back in place, thanks to ranthar who came on later and finished sniff’s job properly. The griefer could have been banned earlier limiting the damage better than you claim sniff was. The players have dealt with his slownes for months |

How can you blame this on his inability to type quickly when he can say things like "im recording" "smile wones" "you guys are children" "bring it on fuker", but then he can't type things like "guys im trying to fix the problem"? So here's my two sense in this giant mess.Sniff was in the wrong for typing "bring it on fuker", and other stuff. But nothing can be done without Loki giving his opinion on the matter. Sniff may be slow to respond, but without the full usage of commands, the staff has, try being in his position for a bit? |

Are you really blaming a guy who woke up just to fix this situation after dying 2 times ? Also even if it was his fault you are looking so hard to find his bad spots to roast him so hard. In addition Sniff doesn't have creative, fly and other useful commands for that situation so it was like closing the fire in normal vanilla. I think such toxic guys shouldn't blaim someone who has the owner's trust to be a moderator. Also you want staff to see this just to see other people toxicness? This way you are only doing bad to yourself and Sniff is not going to get demoted and you people are not going to replace him. Some people (Stefanos, stefanos_gate9) were trying to close the fire numerous times.We all know after this people will start blaming each other especially me and Sniff and saying I never saw Stefanos trying to close the fire. And suddenly someone will say about moderator applications and that's how a war will begin like Stefanos told me. |

@Sotiris I could barely read your replyPoint is, this entire situation is pretty skewed from what it looks like. Somebody should at least give sniff a warning for this, as his actions were very slow and fragmented. This doesn't warrant a demotion, but it does warrant some sort of warning. |
