Unjust Eviction of Spawn Plot Land

I come today with a grave issue that represents the serious problems with some of our members of staff. As you may know, the land around spawn is free to claim at the beginning of when that spawn is setup. My faction wanting a piece of land near spawn, we made sure to get on the server early and claim land in order to re-affirm our position. We eventually did claim one chunk of spawn land in order to construct some sort of spawn base to represent our faction at spawn. The member of our faction Pheo then placed down blocks in order to affirm that a building was being planned and the land was occupied. Due to the build we were wanting to be the best of possible, we did not decide to instantly build at our spawn. This would then give our Sak and I time to plan our build in a creative server and gather resources. This process was going smoothly, but in an unfortunate but somehow predictable event, Sak and I were banned, which delayed contact from each for basically two weeks (Sak was banned for a week, then five days into his ban I was banned).

After finally reuniting with sak a couple days after my ban had passed, I was eager to continue working on our faction base as well as our spawn plot. To my dismay, I saw that something foreign had been built on our plot, as well that it was claimed by another faction. At first I had thought maybe Sak sold the land to buy better land at spawn somewhere else, but upon asking him on the subject of the discovery I made I realized that he was unaware of what was happening too. Finally, the supposed new owner of the land, grovemeister, stated that he had bought the land off Shad as we had "been inactive". Now obviously extremely confused, I went to consult Shad on this instance, stating that it was already previously established that spawn land could only be taken in the instance where that person was inactive for an entire month. I also knew this rule very well as I ended up getting banned for tearing a player's cobble hut in a unclaimed spawn plot due to the fact that I thought he had been inactive, but it turned out he wasn't, getting me banned for almost three weeks. Telling Shad this rule that I had already been established last map, he completely ignored my statement and said exactly, and I quote "Too bad, it was 3 weeks :P". I then told him that we had never been inactive and were constantly on most days of the week, that we were disrupted by being banned and were still in the planning phase of our build. He also disregarded these statements and responded by saying that he messaged the owner of the land and he gained no response from him upon doing so. Upon asking who the owner was, he said it was Pheo, which was utterly incorrect. Shad said it was Pheo due to the fact that he had placed the most blocks on the land, which is an absolutely absurd way to go about who owns something. The obvious owner of the land, the one who he should have consulted/mailed before selling our land off in the first place, is Sak. Sak himself owns the claimed land as he is the owner of the faction of whom claimed the land. Shad's logic is equivalent to saying a tenant in an apartment or apartment complex owns the entire apartment themselves because they have the most stuff in their apartment, rather than the actual person who legally owns the apartment. Pheo is only a moderator in our faction, and although he exerts some sort of authority, he does not own the faction, and thus does not have the ability to decide whether to sell a plot of land at spawn without consulting Sak. Again, this is the equivalent of going to some pizza hut worker and buying the pizza hut store off of him, instead of the actual owner of that franchise. Now I would have been fine if Shad had just politely apologized and acknowledged that he unrightfully sold our spawn land without the consent of the owner, but instead he did the exact opposite. He provided no clear explanations to my point, and rather said, and I quote "Sak had no interaction with the land" "Stop asking about it" "He [Pheo] should have let you guys know then". I am truly shook that such a high ranking staff member could be so disregarding to not care about a player who has a legitimate argument and reason simply for the fact that you could care less and you're not in the mood. This is the sort of staff behavior that encourages bias towards certain players and decision making based on one's current mood/emotions rather than logical/smart reasoning. Is this how a staff member who represents the face of the server's ideals should act to such a situation? Just completely ignore the other's points and tell them to stop bugging them because they give could give a less a shit about a player who they dislike problem's? This is the sort of bias, lazy staffing that I saw in ck when he was admin, and now that shad is admin and loki has been busy with work, he assumes the position of some sort of tyrannical leader who disregards any logic and purely reacts of what he thinks is right. Shad was the least person I expected to show this behavior as when he was mod he was the most open-minded, reasonable staff member on the team. I'm not sure what changed after his switch to admin role, but lately he's been acting purely on his emotional and biased reasoning.

I'm afraid there is a lack of communication among staff due to misinterpretations regarding to the rule book. One staff may do something for a certain reason, but place another staff in the exact same situation and he may do something entirely different. I do hope staff can come to some sort of agreement in which I would be able to reclaim my spawn plot land, as this would be blatantly disrespectful and unfair due to the amount of time and sheer effort Sak and I both put into gathering resources/planning our build; I also hope that certain staff members, Shad among them, can not react with such disregard to certain players, yet favor others. I hope they would not react such emotionally and on their own biased judgement, but rather be open-minded to situations and try to view the perspective of the opposite party in similar instances. If this can be accomplished I feel as if we would all take one step forward in the progression and development of the server in terms of equality and fairness.

Note, I have nothing against Grovemeister as he simply just purchased the land, he was not in the position that Shad was in and therefore is in no way my statement above directed to him.

Evidence of Shad's blatant disregard to my situation:

I sold Grove the land because the land had gone completely untouched for 3 weeks. I checked the build and Pheo owned the doors and signs, so since he clearly was at the very least helping with the build, I sent him mail explaining that he needed to use the land or it would be moved. After 2 days I got online and he hadn't responded, despite having been online (Confirmed with /seen). I sent him a second message to which he didn't respond to either a few days later, so I went ahead and sold it to the player who wanted it.

We didn't have any set amount of time for spawn land being eligible for repossession yet this map, but I judged 3 weeks with 2 notices regarding the land worthy for a plot just 3 chunks away from spawn.

And just for clarification, the 1 month rule we had for spawn last map was for players being OFFLINE for a month. You lost land because you weren't using it for 3 weeks and only had a few blocks and some signs on it.

Along with that, the only reason I was trying to tell you to stop asking me about it was because I had already explained it to Sak, and I explained it to you but you wanted to argue about it., and there were other issues I needed to handle, I couldn't spend all my time arguing with you about it. I apologize if I came off as rude there.

I can't get you your spawn plot back, but I'd be more than happy to offer you guys a nice biome to build what you guys had planned.

There are still plenty of other plots available in the spawn town.
