How long can you be active every day? Due to some really extreme changes I experienced IRL I cannot be as active as I used to be (approx 6-7 hours a day), but my average daily activity will not go under 2 hours a day for sure. Ever since I joined the staff team I was the most active staff member by far and I intend to keep being the most active staff member. What country do you live in? Croatia, its the UTC+1 timezone How long are you on the server? I joined the server on 25th of August, 2018 and I joined the staff team on 17th of December, 2018 Why do you think you should be an admin? When I first joined this server was told multiple times that this server needs active staff members and the more I played it the more I wanted to be a help out. I realized that in order to do that I can go apply for staff. I did that and it really changed my perspective on the server. Helping people was so extremely satisfying, seeing the difference you make out there when a problem arises makes every second of being staff great. I learned so much about the inner workings of the server, about people that play, their problems and things they do. With me hitting the 3 month staffiversary today i figured its time to go up and take my staffing to another level. As moderator I learned a lot of new commands, how plugins work, what the responsibilities of staff are, but I was always limited. Moderator is a staff rank that gave me so many tools and options on how to help people and deal with problems, but I was hitting limitations all the time. I understand why those rules and limits are there and fully support them being in effect. I just see how much more could i do for the server if i had admin rank (as Max would call it, limit-less moderator) and I figure I need to rise up. My moderating was not without fail, I never did do a ban that was not the case, or any other direct staff rule break, but my approach to players was faulty at times. Being as, Pres would say, "stuck up" was a big problem, but as other staff members gave me the support I needed I relaxed a bit without it affecting my staffing. I realized I do not have to be serious all the time and to be lenient. I learned from this, I was told my behavior improved, but I do not mean to stop here. I will continue work on my communication skills and talking to players who broke the rules so that the stress involved is minimized. Since becoming staff 3 months ago I helped people and learned a lot. Now when applying for admin rank I want to take both of that to the next level. I think I proved my devotion to the server and just want to see it grow and prosper. Whatever times are in front of us, wether they are bright or dark, I will be here for the forseeable future and will give my best to make our time spent here the better part of the day! Please use the comments here for constructive criticism so I can improve even more and be a better staff member in the future. Any and all feedback is wanted and appreciated.

Try to prioritize helping good players rather than burdening the bad ones, or even better, help everyone whether you think they deserve it or not.
Miss_Sassy34	Date sent: 2019/03/18 10:11:51 -1 You are a fairly new staff member only being accepted into the staffing role at the end of last year. Assuming other Moderators have been Mods for much longer than you, I think waiting for a little longer would get you a better chance.

fatmanjumprope Moderator	Date sent: 2019/03/18 23:39:21 In Tam's short time as staff he's picked up and learned more than any other staff member I've seen since my time on the server. I can't say much outside of my time as staff, but yeah. He knows how the game and the server works. He's familiarizing himself with the inner workings of the game as well. His activity is very good, and he's always responsive and helpful to anyone looking for it. A very good fit for the position so +1
SpeedRazor	Date sent: 2019/03/19 00:57:19 -1 , You've been a great mod and clearly learned a lot from it but I still think it's it a bit too early to become a admin. Not to say that I'm not impressed with your effect on the server, but considering some admins joined when I was around like Sniff in 2015 it still seems like even though you have learned a lot, you still need more experience before coming such a important role. Also with your time on the server going to decrease because of other things going on (not that it's a bad thing) that isn't the time to apply. I think you should stay a mod for now but definitely apply later on as I think you're a great fit in the team. See you on the server

Recently, you act like your title makes you better than other people, which makes you appear rude sometimes. I think you used to be a good mod but recently you just go around looking to punish people. I do not think you would be a good fit for a promotion because mod has already changed the way you act towards other people in a negative way. However, you are a good staff member when it comes to banning people and being active.

MaxWreck	Date sent: 2019/03/28 23:29:58 I said it multiple times, but the time spent as a mod, or the join date is not the most relevant aspect in the competences of someone in a said role. I'd say that the biggest concern at a point was a very high seriousness, seeking for punishment (tbh, banning hackers feel good and I've went through this), etc, but that's not what I see currently. Even if you tend to be very serious at some times, it's far from overwhelming, and it's appropriate in my opinion. Your activity is so high that it's far from being a problem. I would even say that you should take a few hours for yourself here and there :P You have the confidence and the interest, and I'm pretty sure that you have the competences of being admin. +1
