I have an android tablet and I use my sister's ASUS pc that's formatted to look like Windows Vista. I don't think it'll work on my tablet, but it should work on the pc, right? |

Alt codes are extremely fun and epic, they go from 0-255, and then they loop around again forever. (0 and 256 are both spaces, 1 and 257 are both ☺, etc)
If you ever find yourself bored of those 256 characters though, you can enable hexadecimal values on your PC and give yourself access to every Unicode symbol, effectively giving you 277,576 characters and symbols, accessible by holding down alt, pressing the + button on your number pad, and then typing the value and releasing alt.
For example I could do Alt-+-987B and get the character "须" which is the chinese character for the word "must", it's not very necessary for average computer users, but I enable it on any PC I use regularly just for fun xD
You have to enable the feature, as it's off by default on every computer operating system as far as I know, but it's more difficult to enable than it should be, so DM me on discord or something if you want me to show you how to enable it.
