So every so-often, a player does something against the rules, but isn't paying attention to chat, or has chat turned off. Staff give warnings in chat, but the player doesn't always see it.
My suggestion: Give all staff /title, and train them to use it to give warnings, rather than using chat.
/title shows a message in front of the player and it takes up the middle of the screen. There's no missing it. I feel it'd be a more effective way to warn players of their wrongdoings. |

+1 also, you can hide chat. I don't think you can hide /title. |

-1, it's a vanilla command so we can't customize the permissions, it's just 1 permission node for the entire command, the command itself is complicated and could be abused as well (Making messages that never go away, messing up timings for specific players). It could take a minute or two to type out the command as oppose to just teleporting to the player and telling them or /mailing them. In my opinion it's not the best solution for a issue that's fairly uncommon. |

How much money will it take to copy, paste, and modify /title from vanilla to a custom plugin? |
