I've noticed semi-aggressive rivalry between Aouldrain and TheRedTato. Since long before I've been in Petrograd, they never appeared to like each other, though I never understood why. Eventually Aoul got a staff position and I find Tato's been less confrontational, as if expecting to lose. Today I joined the vc to hear Aoul mentioning a new bridge, how it used to be of Tato's design and how he (Aoul) has completely rebuilt it and that it'll piss Tato off. Tato came along and questioned it, stress in his voice, to which Aoul gave some seriously confident, condescending, and unjust excuse. Everyone in the faction agreed Tato's bridge was better and that the new one was less than ideal. Tato attempted to reconstruct his original bridge, to which Aoul jailed him. He was quickly unjailed, and he (Tato) immediately began to deconstruct his own house as he felt there was no reason to live in an area to which he cannot contribute. For attempting to deconstruct his (Tato's) own house, Aoul then jailed him again. I always try to understand all sides (and context) before picking a side, and I tried to ask for context, to which Aoul completely failed to respond to. I don't think there's any sugarcoating it -- Aouldrain is bullying TheRedTato, and it's completely unfair/hopeless for Tato, as Aoul has fewer commands and social influence. TL;DR: I believe Aouldrain is bullying TheRedTato (and using staff commands in doing so) |

It’s not bullying and here’s why.Aould has his issues and those are his to deal with, and he may be a bit impulsive with his added priveleges; however, The discussion about that has no place here or right now. The bridge issue was much less about the bridge physically and more the principles it represented. The first time I was jailed it was because I was irrationally deconstructing the unfinished bridge out of spite; the second was a victim of right idea, wrong action ( Pres had it right about why I was removing my house, but Aould says that he didnt want me regretting it. The mistake there, and in the whole situation, is that of people making assumptions and jumping to conclusions about my opinions and reactions to certain things). I had made quite a few judgements about Aould’s character after this, but they were washed away when Ranth revealed to me that I was lied to; he told him to replace the bridge. This straw broke my back, and I had enough and left Petrograd (server-wise). HOWEVER! This was not the sole reason, as for awhile now I had been wanting to reform Foln and build Chorgen again. The whole situation is hard to comprehend without being a part of it, so I can understand some of the confusion on certain aspects of these events. And Aould, maybe when someone’s making allegations against you the best response might not be a single word up to a lot of interpretation. |

They don’t hate each other, we all hop in voice and play games every now and then and we have fun. I feel that they have a Jim and Dwight relationship in The Office. They both love each other, but love to poke fun at each other even more. |

Abstain for now, First of all you're quite new, so I haven't seen much of you. But I have seen a bit and there's some things I personally think you could work on:1) Your English isn't the best, sometimes to a point where I can't understand what you're saying. 2) You have a TON of afk time, I can confirm this because your activity average is literally 24 hours per day. I assume this is because you own farms and such, if you were to become a staff member you would have to accept that afking for long periods isn't allowed for various reasons, and you'd have to limit yourself down to 1 hour intervals of afk time, and even then you still wouldn't wanna be doing it often. Work on these couple of things and spend some more time on the server, and I'll see where my vote goes from there! |
