Remove Phantoms from Server?

zombiekilla	Date sent: 2021/06/26 05:49:37 Due to the progress and development of the server and it's players, I think that phantoms should be removed as they serve no real purpose except to bother and annoy players. Many players are annoyed by phantoms as well as they cause distractions and disturb players from their current activity, whether that be building, etc. Most players have mending, so repairing the elytra should be no big job. Phantoms are a disturbance to the server, which is why I think that removing them is a clear and obvious solution.

They are extremely easy to deal with, literally all you have to do is right click a bed and wait a few seconds. If you can't do that, then fight them. It isn't hard. They die fairly quickly. Removing them also removes phantom membranes, which is the only way to craft slow falling potions. You would remove an entire feature simply because you're too lazy to fight them or sleep? This problem can be solved either by players just not sucking, or reducing phantom spawns. They do not have to be removed from our world. Obviously because I've heard nothing but whining about phantoms for the past 3 weeks, I know that players will never get good and deal with it. However, their spawns can be reduced, to the point of only 1 per night. If anyone is upset with that, I'd kindly ask you to quit the game, as it is not for you. While you're at it, why don't you get rid of creepers and spiders too since they're annoying? I don't like when zombies hit me from behind either. Let's remove them from the game as well. Endermen are such a nuisance when you look at them! Let's remove them too! And pigmen! They attack if you aren't wearing gold! ANNOYING! REMOVE IT. REMOVE EVERYTHING BECAUSE IT IS ANNOYING. Keep talking I dare you.

CCShad Moderator	Date sent: 2021/06/28 08:09:14 As of right now, Phantom spawns are now heavily reduced! You should see 0-2 per night now, and they'll only ever come 1 at a time. Hopefully this addresses the issue, we may edit their spawn rate more based on feedback.

Because you whiny fucks are ruining the game for others, I will go out of my way to make you suffer twice as much as the phantoms did. If phantoms go lower than they are now, I promise you will regret it. I will complain more than all of you are right now. Phantoms are not difficult to kill. Phantoms are not difficult to prevent. I guarantee that more of you have died to creepers than you have to phantoms. At worst, phantoms are a minor inconvenience. They're only hated because of mob mentality like this. If enough of you were to die to creepers, would they be reduced as well? No. Because if that was going to happen it would have years ago. Fortunately, despite how many crying children there are, Creepers remain untouched. If you're going to get rid of "annoying" mobs, get rid of all of them, because Minecraft has NOTHING except for annoying AI. Every passive mob will try to escape its enclosure, Endermen seemingly target you when you don't even look at them. Zombies, skeletons, and spiders are infuriating when in large numbers. Silverfish literally have no use and only come out of hidden blocks to be a nuisance. TLDR; You only want phantoms gone because of mob mentality. They aren't better or worse than any of feature in the game. Since they're reduced, I will be making up for their absence by killing anyone and everyone. If it was too hard for you to click a bed or just shoot them with a bow, then have fun and good luck trying to get a pissed off Ninon to stop hunting you down with murderous intent.
